There are thousands of independent, culture-forward brokerages across the country stuck relying on generic tools built for big franchises. They don't want to become RE/MAX or eXp — they want to stay independent but compete at a higher level.

Every AI tool we build for ourselves becomes a product we can sell. The Hive, The Exchange, Instant Listing Studio, Early Harvest, the Forever Client Engine — packaged as Haystack OS. Other brokerages subscribe. We vet who gets access, curate the network, and maintain brand standards. We don't open new offices. We expand through software.

The AI tools we're building — Early Harvest, Haystack Invest, Neighborhood Pulse — generate proprietary market intelligence that no one else has. Institutional investors, residential developers, relocation companies, and municipal planners make multi-million dollar decisions based on data. Right now they're flying partially blind in secondary markets like ours.
The Play
Package the predictive signals, market trend data, and investment analytics from our AI tools into a B2B intelligence product. Sell subscriptions to developers scoping new construction, investment funds analyzing secondary markets, corporate relocation firms, and regional banks underwriting mortgages. As Haystack OS scales nationally, this dataset gets richer — and more valuable.
The Business Model
Annual B2B data subscriptions tiered by access level and market scope. Enterprise licensing for institutional partners. Haystack OS member brokerages are essentially data contributors who are also paying customers — the flywheel feeds itself.
