TFV operates multiple developments simultaneously, each running as its own business unit with its own brand, audience, and launch timeline. That is a lot to manage without dedicated marketing infrastructure in place.
Catch functions as your embedded marketing team. We bring strategic direction, creative execution, and day-to-day support so every property goes to market with the same level of intentionality that goes into building it.
The properties identified below are the immediate priorities. Everything else that comes up across the portfolio, paid media reviews, ad audits, property-specific social strategies, and the TFV website, flows through the same retainer structure. One relationship. One monthly investment. Flexible enough to move where the business needs us.

The corporate site is the anchor for the entire portfolio and should reflect the scale and quality of what TFV is building. This will be prioritized and phased alongside the property work.
How the hours and rates work

RETAINER
A transparent two-rate structure. Catch brings senior creative and strategy hours. Jenna brings dedicated execution and property-focused support. Both sets of hours run against a single monthly not to exceed.

~$2,945–$3,100/month at full allocation
Covers brand strategy, creative direction, web design, campaign planning, senior-level oversight on all deliverables, and client communication.
Execution · Content · Support
$22/hr
~$1,760–$1,892/month at full allocation
Jenna will work directly on TFV-related projects under Catch's direction, handling content execution, social publishing, research, and property-specific marketing support. Her rate reflects her actual compensation — TFV benefits from full-time dedicated attention at a pass-through cost.
Combined Catch senior hours + Jenna dedicated hours.
All work tracked and reported. No surprises.
$5,000
The $5,000 monthly not to exceed covers all hours billed across both rates. We track and report hours by project and by rate at the end of each month. If a month is lighter, you are only billed for what was actually worked. We will never exceed the NTE without explicit approval. At the start of each month we align on priority projects and allocate hours accordingly.
